Whenever possible move your workouts to late afternoon. You may be surprised at how many compelling reasons there are for this. Afternoon workout routines are better overall because of our own physical well being in the afternoons. Endurance is also increased in the late afternoons. Our likelihood of injury is lower during afternoon times because our muscles are already as warm as they are going to be. Keep up afternoon routines for best benefit from your fitness program.
