Doing regular exercise gives the body’s health, but many people do not like doing sports because of boredom, saturated or other reasons, and prefer to do other activities more interesting than doing sports. So to motivate people to do exercise, they need some action fun workouts to do regular exercise.

There are various kinds of fun workouts that can be done so that they are motivated to do exercise and include the following:

1. Change the occasional usual sports that do not follow the usual sequence for example you are jogging for 15 minutes followed by swimming, the occasional other sport do you e.g. to walk for 15 minutes followed by Yoga, or others sports such as dancing, tennis, and so on so that your sport becomes more fun workouts to do
2. If you usually exercise alone, maybe you can invite your friends or your relatives to do sports together, and make fun exercises by playing interesting exercise together such as table tennis, squash, badminton, diving, etc.
3. Do competition with your sports club’s friends or your partner in a joint exercise, and choose the interesting gift and fun, so make your friends and you will motivate in doing the competition game
4. Do fun workouts at different places for example the place with more beautiful scenery and fresh air in the mountains, beach and so on.
5. Doing sport you’ve never done well can enhance your motivation in exercising regularly, for example you do the exercises in sports like diving, caving, rafting, climbing, skydiving, etc. you’ve never done before.

You can perform a variety of other fun workouts outside of the above, as you know there are many ways fun workouts you can do to exercise that are more interesting and fun, you do not need to follow the same routine from day to day so it does not fitness exercise tedious and can motivate you to be more diligent in doing regular so that an ideal healthy body can be found
