The combination of healthy eating choices with regular exercise is the way that the body of a teen stay healthy and fit, and regular workout can help the body to be strong and protected from various types of tiger viruses that cause disease, and there are many types of exercise for teenahgers that they can done individually or in groups, or exercise done at home or join in a particular sport group

Although exercise can be done alone at home but if teens join in the particular sport club or participate in school sports tem then this can help boost self-confidence, and desire to reach a specific target of the teens, and it helps them to learn to socialize with others so that they can more tolerant and will be more able to work in team work, and the positive things this is one key to the success of the workforce and community life in the future

Kids who enjoy sports and exercise will usually be active during their life, because generally a childhood habit will carry over to adulthood, and therefore if you have small children or teenagers, then invited them to make healthy lifestyle from an early age as eating healthy foods and exercising regularly is a very good thing to do, joint exercises like these can make the body become healthier, and also make better emotional relationship in family.

In general, physical activity during adolescence is more likely to decline because they prefer to hang out and play with their friends, but if teens have opportunity to do sports activities that they like then this could increase their motivation to do exercise regularly both sports competitions such as running, soccer, basketball and sports nonkompetisi who played with their friends such as dancing, skateboarding, footbag kicking, in-line skating, etc.

could also be a combination of exercise with a routine activity performed daily such as walking to school, ride a bike to school, assistant coaches for certain sports at school, a counselor for the junior team, and so on. This can help young people to exercise regularly and increase their experience useful for their future personal development.

Exercise for teenagers where they participate in both team and individual sports can help raise self-esteem adolescents, providing social interaction opportunities, and all offer teens the opportunity to have fun so this will affect not only their physical but also their psychic to be a teenager are behaving and having a better quality of life.
