Anaerobic exercises are examples, long jump, high jump, running sprints, weightlifting, throwing the hammer, shooting, push ups, pull ups, bike sprints, jumping rope, hill climbing, interval training, isometrics, and so on

Anaerobic exercises work with short and high intensity by using the muscles in your body that makes muscles grow stronger and also increase fitness and improve respiratory endurance of fatigue.

In the long run your aerobics exercises will help to increase the use of the muscles that need the calories in a large enough number so that it can help you to manage your weight and body shape becomes more slender.
