Self confidence could also increase with regular exercise, because aerobic exercise fitness burn calories and make you to lose weight, so that your desire to reach an ideal weight can be achieved, and certainly an ideal and healthy body can make you more attractive if compared to the unhealthy body and fat and it can make increase your confidence.
