Other cardio exercises are treadmill aerobics, cycling, stationary bike, swimming, badminton, table tennis, tennis, squash, volley, jogging, hiking, golf, and others. Any sport, provided that can make your heart rate up to a level that does not exceed the capacity of your heart, so that sport can be equated with aerobic.

Anaerobic exercises burns sugar as the main fuel. Anaerobic exercise involves hard like  lifting heavy loads with less reps. Most people do this when they worked out. Please note that during anaerobic exercise may establish muscle burn fat is not much. This is especially burning of sugar. If you just take part in aerobic exercise the body becomes less and too much work because the body often burn overmuch sugar and could add stress the liver and different vital organs, anaerobic exercise may make many health troubles linked with neck and back,  muscles, ligaments, joints, and tendons.

Aerobic exercise is healthier for your body than an anaerobic exercise, and doing aerobic exercise is better be acted before the anaerobic exercise to make warm up your body before doing weight exercises. This will reduce the possibility of hurt and make ascertain that your body is prepare to perform anaerobic exercise because the weight can cause body injury.

For healthy living is required to take part in both exercises are aerobic and anaerobic exercise. You are able to lift heavy loads throughout the day and build big muscles with anaerobic exercise, but if you would like to have lean and burn fat you require to execute because it was at when starting an exercise program better if you start fitness training with aerobic exercise and then follow a diet good for the body if the body healthy by using anaerobic exercise
